Rose Marie is an artist and educator who has found her creative home in the art of mosaics. After rediscovering this passion, she now leads engaging mosaic classes, inspiring students of all levels to craft stunning works of art using colorful glass tiles, dishware, and personal adornments. From spectacular birdhouses to magnificent picture frames, and much more, her classes empower participants to transform simple materials into unique, meaningful pieces.
Rose Marie encourages students to bring sentimental items—like costume jewelry, charms, or figurines—to personalize their mosaics, turning them into forever keepsakes or heartfelt gifts. Whether through a 1- or 2-day class, students learn techniques like tile cutting, eye-catching pattern design, and embellishment application while experiencing the joy of creating something truly one-of-a-kind.
Before immersing herself in the world of mosaics, Rose Marie was a trailblazer in medical and cosmetic tattooing. As the founder of the renowned Beau Institute of Permanent and Corrective Cosmetics, she dedicated over 30 years to empowering individuals through transformative artistry. Traveling the globe, she worked with leading cancer institutions, trained surgeons and medical staff, and taught techniques like scar camouflage and 3D Areola Tattooing for post-mastectomy patients.
Her legacy of innovation and compassion now continues in a new form, as she uses mosaics to bring beauty, creativity, and joy to others, one piece at a time.

This piece, the elegant Earth Mother, is looking for that perfect home. Her bodice begins with Capodimonte roses, crystals, gold filigree at the shoulder, and pearl tiles, all creating elegant and interesting patterns. Her skirt is made of crystals and gold filigree leaves with a resident Teacup Fairy comfortably resting on soft moss in the hollow of her side. She is fastened to a cast iron, outdoor umbrella stand, although she is not suited for outdoors.
